Return & Refund Policy

At Sparkala, we do not issue refunds. Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only, subject to the conditions below. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of the return. Store credit is issued as a Sparkala gift card and never expires.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. To initiate a return, contact hi@sparkala.com.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Replacements are for the same item originally purchased. If the identical item is no longer available, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price.

The following items are non-returnable: sale or discounted items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, perishable, intimate, or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for store credit, then place a new order.
